I appreciate your willingness to confront the violence of conversion. Jews are still fighting against the antisemitic ideas the Church instilled in its followers. I'm sure many people did convert willingly and peacefully, and many of the Church's policies are different today than they were hundreds of years ago. But for Jews, Native Americans, and all the other cultures violently impacted by Christianity, these wounds are still very much alive.
